Job Title: Executive/Personal Assistant to the CEO & Founder
Location: Honeoye Falls, NY, and Pittsford/Mendon, NY
Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, anticipating needs and creating efficiency? Do you relish creating order out of chaos and tackling tasks with ninja-like precision? If so, this role may be the perfect fit for you.
We are seeking an Executive/Personal Assistant to be the right-hand person to support the CEO & Founder of Enalas, Eisco Labs, and Teak Tuning. This role requires a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to excellence in execution.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Calendar Management: Looking for a Calendar Whisperer, where you’re managing a jam-packed schedule like it’s a game of 4D chess, and double bookings are your nemesis. You’ll be scheduling, organizing, and maintaining the CEO’s daily and long-term calendar. Proactively resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Email Management: More like email ninja! Monitor multiple inboxes, triage correspondence, and draft responses as needed. Always maintaining confidentiality.
- Task Conqueror: Identify what needs to be done before anyone else realizes it’s even a thing. Help keep the vibe upbeat, the snacks stocked, and the GIF game strong. Procrastination isn’t in your vocabulary.
- Meeting Preparation: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, ensuring the CEO is well-equipped.
- Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Handle hiccups, headaches, and difficult moments with poise and creativity. Be the first line of defense for requests, interruptions, and timewasters.
Personal Assistance
- Daily Prioritization: Review daily tasks and ensure the CEO is prepared for all upcoming commitments. Anticipate needs and stay five steps ahead. If the CEO’s about to walk into a meeting unprepared, you’ll already have the materials in hand.
- Travel Coordination: Plan, book, and manage travel arrangements, including contingency planning for disruptions.
- Personal Errands & Management: Support personal tasks, such as bill payments, shopping, and event planning. Manage office supplies and inventory for multiple locations.
Project Management
- Special Projects: Project Mastermind by assisting with initiatives like office reorganization, cost-saving measures, and event coordination.
- Expense Management: Track receipts, process reimbursements, and monitor credit card activity for anomalies.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
• Adaptable, wonder and proactive behavior is second nature to you, and where you excel.
• Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant (3+ years preferred).
• Organizational Wizardry: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively. Spreadsheets and checklists are your favorite go-to.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in technology tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Salck, and project management software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or CoPilot.
• Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva or PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in Spanish (a plus, but not required).
• Social media management experience.

Job Overview:
Looking for a dependable person that enjoys multi-tasking. You will be responsible for picking orders, prepping goods for shipment, and consolidation of inventory within the warehouse, along with keeping inventory organized and orderly.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide pick, pack, and ship assistance to other warehouse associates as needed.
- Product labeling
- Kit building
- Maintain an organized clean warehouse/work space
- Consolidation of inventory into a location(s) that makes business sense to utilize space most efficiently
- Inventory counting and control
- Minor inventory investigation work for misplaced items
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Break down shipments for fast turnaround to fill back order
- 95% of this job consists of hand picking customer orders
Qualifications:

Job Title: Distribution Relationship Manager
Reports To: Director of Customer Care
FLSA Status: Exempt
Salary: $60k - $70k +bonus
Summary: The Distribution Relationship Manager will be responsible for generating sales by building and maintaining relationships with industrial labware customers and distributors. As well as, product management, marketing and social media support, and ecommerce.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers
- Meets monthly individual sales goals and contributes to the overall team sales goals
- Communicates with customers through phone calls, emails and in person visits (at customer and at trade shows)
- Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying needs of customers and potential customers
- Works with marketing to build promotions around key product lines
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales
- Social media account support for B2B and B2C science businesses
- Generating content for our B2B and B2C businesses. For example: landing pages for specific demographics, recommended material lists for various classes or grade levels, blog articles related to current events or pedagogy, etc.
- Product line management of science products, including merchandizing products, development of keywords, prioritizing content creation and product data updating
- Understanding and utilizing our ecommerce platforms on the B2B and B2C businesses, including: Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.
Qualifications
- Degree in business or science, science experience
- Experience in customer service or sales
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM
- Excel
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Must be comfortable talking with people on customer visits and trade shows
Environmental Working Conditions & Physical Effort: Typically works in an office with adequate lighting and ventilation and a normal range of temperature and noise level.
