Job Title: Warehouse Associate - Material Handler

Reports to: Operations Manager

Job Overview:

Looking for a dependable person that enjoys multi-tasking. You will be responsible for picking orders, prepping goods for shipment, and consolidation of inventory within the warehouse, along with keeping inventory organized and orderly.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide pick, pack, and ship assistance to other warehouse associates as needed.
  • Product labeling
  • Kit building
  • Maintain an organized clean warehouse/work space
  • Consolidation of inventory into a location(s) that makes business sense to utilize space most efficiently
  • Inventory counting and control
  • Minor inventory investigation work for misplaced items
  • Loading and unloading trucks
  • Break down shipments for fast turnaround to fill back order
  • 95% of this job consists of hand picking customer orders

Job Title: Order Entry / Customer Service Manager
Reports to: VP Eisco North America
FLSA Status: Full-Time / Non–Exempt (Hourly)
Pay Rate: $20-26/hour

Job Overview
The Order Entry / Customer Service Manager will handle the timely and accurate processing of customer orders while ensuring exceptional customer service and supporting the sales team. This role is central to enhancing customer satisfaction and streamlining the order entry process, with a future focus on automating order and invoice processes.

Responsibilities and Duties

Order Entry Management

• Order Processing & Accuracy: Daily processing of customer orders, adhering to priority and service level agreements (SLAs) for key accounts. Maintain an order entry error rate below 0.75%.

• Documentation & Automation Initiatives: Key part of this position will be to drive process improvements with a monthly budget, aiming to move toward automated order entry aligned with SLAs. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for order entry and customer service functions.

• Acknowledgement & Communication: Confirm receipt of orders via email or EDI, and keep stakeholders updated on high-value orders. Provide regular updates on order entry metrics and project progress to leadership.

• ERP Integration: Lead order entry-related changes as part of the new ERP system implementation.

Post-Order Entry Support

• Invoicing & Pricing Adjustments: Manage daily invoicing, working towards automating the invoicing process. Address and resolve any invoicing discrepancies. Update and maintain customer pricing tiers, ensuring all adjustments align with the pricing structure.

• Reporting & Analysis: Provide weekly stocking order reports to improve fulfillment accuracy. Maintain tracking tools for and develop predictive analytics for orders.

• Discrepancy Resolution & Back-Order Management: Reconcile monthly portal purchase orders and resolve past-due items for key clients. Support the back-order process and manage minor inventory discrepancies as needed.

Customer Support & Technical Assistance:

• Customer Service: Provide timely responses to customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat. Support the sales team by delivering accurate product information and availability.

• Returns Management: Oversee returns, process forms, issue credits, and inspect items to ensure only quality products are resold. Coordinate with the receiving team to ensure returned items are inspected and restocked.

• Technical Support: Collaborate with manufacturing to resolve technical inquiries and provide detailed product information to customers.

• Work with the manufacturing team to address product-specific inquiries.

• Provide customers with detailed product videos, images, and specifications to resolve technical questions.

• Physically measure items as needed to verify product dimensions and ensure accuracy.

Education and Experience Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service or administrative support, with order processing experience preferred.

Skills & Qualifications

• Customer Service Excellence: Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette.

• Organization & Attention to Detail: Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently and with accuracy.

Job Overview:

A driven and strategic Sales Executive, with a clear vision to elevate our company’s sales revenue and to construct a robust sales infrastructure aimed at achieving our goal of $100 million in revenue. This role is crucial in shaping our future growth and requires a blend of strategic thinking, leadership skills, and sales expertise.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Execution, Sales & Development:

  • Embody a growth mindset and continuously seek out ways to improve and develop both professionally and personally
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.

What success in this role looks like:

1st 180 Days:

  • Drive B2C initiatives: actively hunt deals and start nurturing customer relationships. Your goal is to feed and expand our CRM with valuable leads.
  • Achieve $250K in sales: hit the ground running with a clear target of generating $250,000 in sales.
  • Create a hiring strategy for hiring a representative: Develop a strategic approach to build a top-notch sales team.
  • Hire at least one sales representative: onboard at least one, if not more, sales representatives to strengthen our team.
  • Funding through team growth: the new reps will be funded by the success and growth of the team.
  • Lead the B2C customer support team: take charge of the B2C customer support team, ensuring exceptional service delivery

2nd 180 Days:

  • Expand the sales team: continue to grow your team to at least 2-3 representatives, with a collective goal of approaching $1 million in sales.
  • Manage the B2B team: take over the leadership of the B2B team, bringing your expertise to this crucial segment.
  • Develop a B2B growth strategy: lay the groundwork for a robust B2B growth strategy, ensuring long-term success.

Education and Experience Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills, motivating and inspiring team members while developing effective sales strategies.
  • Strategic thinker, analyzing complex data, identifying trends, and developing strategies to achieve objectives.
